Training close to home is the single best predictor of whether you will still be training in six months. So if you live in the Vallès and are looking for CrossFit in Mollet del Vallès, the question is not just where the nearest box is, but which one has the timetable and the approach that match what you want to achieve.
Why CrossFit works so well outside central Barcelona
In mid-sized towns, group training has an advantage that gets diluted in the city centre: people come back. You see the same faces, the coach knows your history and the group holds you to it. That continuity is exactly what turns three months of motivation into a habit that lasts years.
On top of that, the obvious: no long commute, no excuses. Fifteen minutes less driving a day adds up to four or five extra sessions a month.
KOR Mollet: what you will find
Our club is at Avinguda de Can Prat 16, 08100 Mollet del Vallès. It is an official CrossFit box of over 400 m², fully equipped, with around a hundred coach-led sessions a week.
Mollet’s approach is training with intent: structured progression rather than one-off sessions. The timetable is split into four types:
- CrossFit (WOD). The complete session, with intensity and variety, scaled to every level.
- Strength. Strength with heavy loads and basic movements, to build a base.
- Metcon. Engine work: endurance, efficiency and cardiovascular capacity.
- Hybrid. Strength and endurance combined in the same hour.
If you come from running, cycling or football and what you lack is strength, the Strength and Hybrid combination is the most logical way in. If you want to learn new skills and variety motivates you, the WOD is your place.
Memberships in Mollet
Every membership gives access to all four session types; only the number of days changes:
- Starter: 2 sessions a week, €76/month.
- Fitness: 3 sessions a week, €86/month.
- Performance: 4 sessions a week, €98/month.
- Pro: unlimited sessions, €110/month.
There is also a €18 drop-in, a 5-session pass for €75 and a 10-session pass for €140, both valid for a year. A €70 joining fee and no minimum term.
How many days to train at the start
Two or three. It sounds like little and it is exactly right: the body adapts while it rests, not while it trains. Two well-executed sessions a week produce clear progress through the first months, and it is a commitment that survives a difficult week at work.
Moving up to four makes sense from the second or third month, once the basic technique is there and recovery has improved.
What holds people back (and why it shouldn’t)
The two sentences we hear most are “I’m not fit enough to start” and “everyone will be way ahead of me”. The first is the argument backwards: coach-led training is the tool for getting fit, not the reward for already being fit. The second collapses on day one, when you see that the same class holds people in their fifties, people who compete and people two weeks in, all doing the same workout with different loads.

Yes, and it is the most common case. The coach adapts every movement and load to your level from the first session. We explain how day one goes in this guide.

Yes, the timetable runs from first thing in the morning until the evening. We send you the current schedule by WhatsApp when you book.
Can I combine it with another sport?
Perfectly. You just need to tell the coach what you do outside so they can adjust the load and you don’t stack two hard sessions back to back.
